How CNP Doorstep Works

1. Browse Products:
   View our grocery listings and choose the items you’d like delivered. Product listings are based on availability from the nearby retailers.
2. Place Your Order:
   Submit your order through our website. We’ll confirm your order and schedule your delivery time. If you order before 12 PM, we will be able to complete same day delivery, in the evening.
3. We Shop for You:
   Our team will visit the local retailer stores, shop for your items, and verify that everything is fresh and correct.
4. We Deliver to Your Doorstep:
   Your groceries will be delivered to your home in Crowsnest Pass or nearby towns including Pincher Creek, Cowley and Lundbreck.
5. Pricing & Delivery:
   Prices for each product is visible on the shopping page. A flat delivery fee applies and will be clearly displayed during checkout.
6. Custom Deliveries: If you need a custom delivery, other than grocery products, please send us an email request with information like pickup location, delivery location, type of product etc. and we will get back to you with a price.
7. Our Service Hours are as shown below:

Saturday and Sunday	9 AM to 9 PM
