Welcome to CNP Doorstep, a locally operated grocery delivery service based in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta. By placing an order through our website (cnpdoorstep.ca), you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Description
CNP Doorstep sources products from local retail stores (primarily Walmart Pincher Creek) and delivers them to customers within Crowsnest Pass and nearby towns. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Walmart Canada or any other retailer.

2. Orders and Pricing
All product prices listed on our website include service fees and may differ from in-store or online prices at the source retailer. Prices are subject to change without notice due to in-store fluctuations.

3. Payment
We accept payment via Interac e-Transfer, Cash on Delivery and credit, debit cards (where applicable).

4. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to Crowsnest Pass (Blairmore, Bellevue, Hillcrest, Coleman, Frank), Lundbreck, Cowley and Pincher Creek. If you’re unsure whether your address is within range, please contact us before placing an order.

5. Delivery Timeframe
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available depending on order volume and store availability. Customers will be contacted with estimated delivery time after order confirmation via text or email notification.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final once the order has been placed and items have been picked up. Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour after the order is placed. Refunds will not be issued for changes in price or product availability. If an item is out of stock, a suitable replacement may be offered or refunded.

7. Liability
CNP Doorstep is not responsible for issues related to product quality, manufacturing, or food safety. All items are purchased in sealed condition from reputable retailers.


2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, the order is considered confirmed and will be processed for shopping and delivery.

2. Item Availability
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you with options: substitute, remove and refund, or no replacement. If we cannot reach you, we’ll use our best judgment.

3. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

  • An item is unavailable and not replaced
  • We cancel your delivery due to disruptions
  • You cancel within the allowed window
    Refunds will not be issued for price differences.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report issues within 4 hours of delivery. We may issue a partial refund or redelivery based on the case.
