CNP Doorstep is revising the delivery fees effective August 15, 2026.
This revision is based on valuable feedback from both our customers and our hardworking delivery drivers. We are doing our best to keep our rates fair and reasonable while continuing to provide reliable, quality delivery service to our community.
At the same time, we want to make sure our drivers are fairly compensated for the time, effort, fuel, and commitment they put into every delivery.
This fee adjustment also helps us maintain enough driver availability to better serve our community during busy periods, such as the peak supper rush, when delivery demand is at its highest.
After a year of learning, listening to our customers and drivers, and providing delivery service throughout the community, we have carefully considered the costs, service quality, fairness, and sustainability of our pricing before making this change.
